Your Lightbox allows you to save the items you want to work with. If you add items when you are logged in, then your Lightbox will be saved so that items will remain in your Lightbox until next time you visit.
A summary of your Lightbox is displayed on every page in the "Lightbox" panel under the left-hand menu.
The "Lightbox" page lists all the items you have added to your Lightbox. For each item in the list, you can click on thumbnail or "View details" link to view its full details.
You can add items to you Lightbox from the "Search results," "Browse,"or "Item details" pages by clicking "add to lightbox."
You can remove a single item from your Lightbox by clicking the link "remove" at each item. If you want to remove all of the items from your Lightbox, click the link "Remove all" shown near the top of the page. You can also select a group of items to remove, and select "Remove from Lightbox" on the dropdown menu.
The items in your Lightbox are color-coded red, yellow, and green, according to the use permissions that you have for those items.
· Red: Items available for low-resolution download only are color-coded red.
· Yellow: Items for which high-resolution approval is pending are color-coded yellow.
· Green: Items that have been approved for high-resolution download are color-coded green.
You may download low-resolution images of the items in your Lightbox without approval. To download high-resolution images, you must request approval.
Single items:
To download, or request approval for, a single item, click on the item thumbnail to be brought to the Image Details page. Click "Download" to be brought through to the "Download Lightbox" page to continue the download/request approval process.
All items in Lightbox:
To download, or request approval for, all items in your Lightbox, click "Download all" near the top of the page. You will then be brought through the "Download Lightbox" page to continue the download/request approval process.
Select group of items:
To download, or request approval for, a select group of items, choose the items by clicking in the check-boxes associated with each item thumbnail, and then choose "Download Selected Images" from the dropdown menu. You will then be brought through the "Download Lightbox" page to continue the download/request approval process.
